hey ladies !

i have a son already , and i'm expecting my period to come in the next 3 days however i've been spotting for the past 3/4 days it's brown some times it's really light red but it's literally spotting i only see it if i wipe. i took a test 5 days before my missed period it came back negative i've been having very sharp pains in my ovaries not like the period cramps because i feel they in my back also. has anyone gone through this ? is there a chance my test gave me a false pregnancy test ? i'm scared to use the other one because i don't want it to be a waste lol helpppppp i'm so scared and anxious 🥴
