Ovarian cyst rupture signs??

So I’m 17 years old I have ovarian cysts, and I know it can affect your cycles depending on how severe it is. I’m 28 days late with lots of breakouts, cramping, fatigue, and nausea. Yes I am sexually active but I haven’t done anything since May and I got my period June. (Just wanted to clarify) so I don’t think I am pregnant. But are these also signs of a rupture? I have a feeling it’s going to happen again😔
