Why am I sooo sore

So I had a c section 16 months ago and I’ve just now started working out again. O.M.G where my scar is hurts soooo bad. Literally feels like it did not long after having the surgery. Its only my second day but man it’s painful! Anyone have a c section and know what I’m talking about? Does it get easier the more you work out? I know your body is usually sore when you first start and it gets easier just wondering if it will be the same with the area of my c section.. thanks mamas!
