Tonight my little man took 5 steps 2 days shy of 9 months! I can’t believe he just started nearly running!! Lol The sad part is that my husband deployed a week ago and is on a plane right now and missed his first steps. 😭 last year right before our little boy was born for our anniversary he gave me a decorative little plate with a picture of a mom and dad and a baby learning to walk in between them. I’m heartbroken that that won’t be a reality. He will be missing his first birthday as well. I love my husband completely and I know he’s working hard to support our family but it’s not easy having him away. He won’t land until tomorrow morning, I can’t wait to video him and tell him. Hopefully he will walk for him again!
