I’m a bit of a psycho since my MC in March and I obsessively “check” my cervix for blood or spotting. I didn’t see any spotting when I wiped, but when I “checked” further I noticed some pinkish red fresh blood mixed in with discharge.

I was also having terrible gas and constipation at the time and was straining for a BM.

This was at 5am.

I took a progesterone supplement to be safe in case that was the issue. The spotting stopped pretty much immediately - I haven’t had any since. I have an appointment with my doctor today but has anyone else experienced something similar?
