Spotting after sex, explanation HELP!!

So here's my problem after April my cycle straight up deviated and has not been normal since. In the months of June and July I went to the doctor figure out the cause, several doctors actually and one ER trip, no body can tell whats wrong. So and OBGYN prescribes me some synthetic estrogen (think thats one) and said take for 10 days you'll go back to normal.

Mind you, I'm trying for children for the last 3 years with no success, then my cycle stops being normal after April, and he gives me a prescription for birth control? Alright Doc knows best 👌 I take it, get a shit set of side affects i did not need. I bled like hell for 2 weeks and now I'm right back where I started in the first place, is there anyone in the same boat? They did blood work and I'm it came back pretty normal, ultrasounds came back negative accept for one cyst that they found on my left overy (that was found at the ER) but they said that was normal.

So now in present day we're halfway through August, and everytime we have sex, there's is fresh to stale light spotting. I'm not pregnant, there is no pain during intercourse (no matter how hard we smash) so I know its not that. I have already had a pap this year, that was clear too.

Don't need pills if its only going to bandaid, and if anyone knows a good doctor send me a link. I'm taking any advise at this point, is anyone else in the same boat?? My cycle has been normal up until now, I don't get it.
