Spotting during Pregnancy

Tuesday this happened to me, I have always had brown spotting never this much red blood so went to the ER had a ultrasound done everything looked good and normal baby was jumping around like crazy! Has anyone ever experience this before this was a gush of blood that came out of me then next time I went to the bathroom it was back to brown blood I’m 12 weeks and 3 days the ultrasound tech thinks a blood vessel popped and heal. Am I going to bleed are through out my pregnancy? This is my first one I’ve been trying for 4 years and got my miracle baby! I’ve looked everywhere about bleed and spotting during pregnancy nobody really talks about it I was so scared until I seen for myself my baby was ok.
