Tested positive for Gonorrhea 😢

So I had just gotten tested and came back positive for Gonorrhea. The last time I had sex was early July and I'm not sure out of two possible guys who could have given it to me. I only really liked one of them. None of us were exclusive ,and we didn't establish us as a couple with the one I liked. So I'm wondering why neither of them has said anything to me cause shouldnt they have noticed something wrong like I did ? 😭 I could really use some advice on getting through this or maybe some stories about guys who have had it. I'm so scared. I was celebate for two years before I got with either of them so please don't think I'm a whore.
