Short cycles

Anyone with short cycles? What did you take or what type dr and what did they do and did it help? My amh is low and my progesterone is low also. My ovaries and follicles have been okay on ultrasound. My lp is between 8-10 days. But I spot usually before and it’s super light after.

My testosterone is also low

I’m going back soon to drs and do labs again as I’ve been on many supplements since last labs year ago but on supplements and tracking for three years. Just turned 34 thanks
