Does anyone else get heart palpitations when in bed? I feel like my heart is going to jump out of my chest..

When these happen, push all the air out of your lungs, hold it for a second, and then slowly take a deep breath. Repeat a few times until they stop. I have no idea why this works but I used to get them due to anxiety and this is the magical cure my husband gave me to fix them.

I have had the worst lately! It randomly hits me too when I’m sitting down at work. I haven’t had ANY all pregnancy and now it’s been out of no where!
