Second time moms how fast did you progress from 1cm 50% effaced to active labor?

With my first I went from a 1cm to labor in a few days. With this one I’ve been at a FOUR for over a week.

I have been 1 to 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced since 35.5 weeks. I was checked today at 38 weeks and no change

At 38 weeks I was 2cm 75%, 39w I was almost 4cm. 3 days later I had my son.  When I got to the hospital I was 6cm already

This is my 9th pregnancy and i was dilated to a 4 and 70% effaced with bulging bag of waters last week Wednesday I was 5 centimeters and 70% effaced yesterday I was 6 centimeters 70% effaced and still nothing.

My second, I went in after laboring at home for 6  hours and was only a fingertip dilated but having time-able contractions. She was born 40 minutes later.  
This is my 3rd and I’ve been at a 2 for 3 weeks.
