Mucous Plug? TMI

Hey all, FTM at 36 weeks 1 day today. Been having small contractions that showed up on my nst, and I wake up today to pee, and when I wiped I noticed this mucousy like glob on the toilet paper. Nothing like any discharge I've had to this point. I haven't been checked for dilation yet or had a cervical exam since my first trimester. There was no visible blood streaks in it, so I'm curious if it is in fact the start of losing my mucous plug? I will attach a pic but will tmi it lol
