Super Dizzy & Headaches... 8W6D with twins

I woke up this morning with the worst dizziness. And, I have a pretty gnarly headache. I cannot move without severe dizziness... I had to call off from work. My drive is 30-40 minutes, and I just can’t do it. I can’t even make it to the bathroom without feeling like I’m about to pass out. I feel badly about calling off. (It’s the first time I had to call out for being sick this pregnancy.) I checked my blood pressure, and it’s normal.

Anyone else dealing with bad dizziness? Any idea how to deal?
