What would you get someone for their two year “I almost died” anniversary

Lmao such a weird question but I want to do something special for my fiancé who two years ago tomorrow fell through a skylight at work and suffered a traumatic brain injury and almost died. Last year we visited the building he was working on when he fell through the skylight. I’m hoping to lighten the mood this year and just get him a sweet little token to say “hey I’m glad you didn’t die” lmao but I’m stuck on what to get him. Maybe just a card?? I’m not sure. What do you think?
