Sperm test??

I had a few questions about the process...my fiancée is getting tested next week and he’s really nervous about giving a sperm sample at the clinic and doesn’t know if he can do it and really doesn’t want to.

If your SO has done been through it, can you tell me the process of it? Would I be able to go into the room with him? Or do they not allow it? Do they give him stuff to look at or..?

I’m completely new to this and not sure what to expect and it doesn’t help that he’s so nervous about it...
