Because some states that aren’t already doing mailer vote in don’t know how to handle it properly and there have already been people caught stuffing ballots and what not, he’s not trying to sabotage anything, but make sure each vote that’s counted is legitimate, which we should all want. Also, people that aren’t used to mail in ballots don’t always fill them out right, meaning their vote is invalid. Some counties have reported throwing away up to 200,000 voter ballots because of this. That will add up if it’s happening everywhere.
