Ibuprofen 800mg

Is it true that ibuprofen 800mg helps with slowing the flow of menstruation I’m so heavy. I started my new job today rural Carrier for the Usps . I bled through my pants I’m so tired of my heavy periods. Thankfully no one seen me. I can’t get on birth control because of my blood pressure . I’m so annoyed with my body . Why do I bleed so much if ibuprofen helps please inform me?
