Anyone else with a 18 month old that doesn't respond to name but meets all other milestones?

Bringing it up at her next appointment. I did the mchat test online and there's no concern for autism. I think I'm freaking out for no reason. We call her name and she ignores us even when shes not doing anything. But if I start singing like the wheels on the bus she will look up and start doing all the gestures for the song. (Open & shut up & down beep beep pretend to honk)

This is so weird. She points, shows, asks for things looks at us for approval. Uses a bunch of words does sign language. It's just her name. We use it often. She gets upset sometimes when we call her a lot. I dont know what to think.
