I need some advice !

Last night I finally told my boyfriend how I felt about the miscarriage I had and he was already supportive and asked me if I wanted another kid and I said yes , I always assumed I would . And he asked if that’s what I want because we can keep trying .... but idk it might be too soon ! I stopped bleeding yesterday finally and idk if you can ovulate without an actual period ! Have any of you gotten pregnant immediately after a miscarriage ?
