When did you tell your partner??

Question

I started testing before my period was due so I would have time to plan an announcement to my husband and I’m so anxious to tell him!! But, after having a miscarriage at the end of last year I’m almost afraid to. I’m worried it will end up being a chemical or something. Should I wait until my period is due in a couple days or should I just tell him today?

I would tell him as soon as I got a clearly visible positive. I personally wouldn't plan a big cutesy announcement if I had a history of early loss, but that's just because I know that would be his preference.

I sent him a picture of my positive test saying i cant stop crying. I guess he didnt open up my picture because he called me right away saying dont cry babe, lol he was begging me! But i told no its okay its good!! And still crying/laughing! But he's like i thought there was suppose to be 2 lines, i told him there is 2 haha!!
Long story short we had 4 early miscarriage, but this time around even before my 1st ultrasound, we have been really positive!! Im currently 10w4d. Good luck✨🤞🏻

i suffered a silent miscarriage a few months ago and had my first period last month just to get a bfp this month! i’m thinking of holding off telling hubby until i get a confirmed heartbeat ultrasound.. i was just so devastated when i went in to my first ultrasound just to be told that “taylor i’m not seeing a heartbeat i’m sorry hun” 
the appointment was literally like 5-10 mins long. worst experience of my life

Congrats Momma! I’ve been pregnant 3times, sadly first two ended in early miscarriage and this one stuck.  I personally couldn’t keep the excitement from him so I had to tell him. Either way we were either going to be celebrating for weeks to come or he would be holding me from the sadness.  Each time I did cutesy as well..why?...bc I wanted to celebrate our big moment and not live in fear of the negative that could be. Each was a celebration and holds a memory. Prayers for a healthy pregnancy ❤️
