Advice on what to do with this guy

Hey y’all so I met this guy earlier this year. We’ve hooked up a few times since then, the sex was okay, actually a bit painful because he has a larger dick than I’m used to. Anyways I noticed that he would just stare at me while I was trying to watch tv or pretty much do anything which makes me extremely uncomfortable. He’s also very touchy and always has to be touching for some reason which is another thing I’ve never liked and it irritates me. I’ve been very vocal about that with him. Another thing he does is that anytime he hints at us dating down the road, I always turn him down because I’m not interested in him like that, he will basically say that I’ll change my mind or he’ll say “well I’m nothing but to nice to you, I’m always nice to you.” He does the whole nice thing too when he asks me if I want water or food, like no I’m not thirsty or hungry, stop asking. I’m not sure how to nicely tell him to stop
