Chronic yeast infections

Does anyone else suffer from chronic yeast infections? I literally get one every single month for the past 3 months.

I do everything I can to keep my kitty balanced and functioning as she should 🥺 I have good hygiene, I pee after sex, I change wet clothes as soon as possible. I even go out of my way to change my underwear every morning and night before bed to avoid moisture as much as possible within reason.

I have used Monistat multiple times and it does make it go away, but I usually get another one the following month. I’m getting very frustrated, as I live paycheck to paycheck and treatments are stressing my budget (they’re usually about $20 per box in my area, which could get me a week’s worth of food).

I’ve tried several different kinds of underwear including 100% cotton underwear, I’ve even tried sleeping naked to see if airing her out would help.

I have no existing health conditions that would cause this. I‘ve tried consulting with my GYN but she basically told me it’s probably my immune system or hygiene practices and wouldn’t listen when I tried to explain that I am very healthy otherwise and I do more than most women to let my kitty do her thing naturally.
