High blood pressure fluke?

Should I assume the 141/123 was fluke since it came down or should I still be worried? I was in the hospital 2 days ago for my first high reading and blood and urine came back negative for pre-eclampsia and I was sent home (had pre eclampsia last pregnancy) only thing my blood work showed was anemia (8.8) so I dont wanna run to the hospital (45 mins away) again if I don't have to

UPDATE checked it the next morning and it back down to normal. I think it was just a fluke. Thank you everyone

Are you using a manual BP cuff? Or a machine? Sometimes the machines can be totally off. Was anything going on around that time that would have you so stressed out? Were you experiencing any symptoms of high BP when you took it?
The numbers def seem off + not necessarily in a way you should be totally concerned, but it won’t hurt to mention it to your doctor.

That was likely not correct. The numbers are too close together

I would check it again and call your OB after hours line to get a recommendation from the RN. It could be a fluke, but it’s not something that I would brush off. Better to be overly cautious than under cautious in this case.
