sleep at my wits end

for 8 months now i haven't slept last night baby woke up 5 times first 2 times after an hour then 20 mins resetling then another hour then after that every 2 hours or just under 8ts 0530am now ive been trying to get her back to sleep for over 30 minutes this isn't because of a leap or teething she has never woke up less than 3 times and that was very rare shr doesn't self soothe if i leave her for 5 minutes she screams crys throws herself around her cot causing injury im just so tired everyday i feel ill half the time i tried offering water in the might but she doesn't go back down until breastfed. i think there has been 2 days in her life she slept just over 4 hours ever
