Help Me

So for bout 4 days now my breast have been SORE. It started off with the right nipple then for the past 2 days just the left. I girst thought it was just my nipples so I took my piercing out. It's actually my whole breast and it feels swollen its causing pain.

It feels like if your breastfeeding and you beed to pump. If that makes any sense. Could i be pregnant or nobody else is getting these vibes. Also i've had these piercings since June 2018.
