18 Week and Pelvic Girdle Pain is taking over
Is anyone else suffering from PGP ? My doctor diagnosed me yesterday and I have been struggling immensely with walking, bending, laying in bed except in certain positions and using the restroom !
Any tips or tricks I should know about that will help ease the pain ?
