How to get my cats to stop peeing in the house?!😭

We are getting ready to welcome our first baby and our male and female cat both urinate outside their CLEAN litter boxes every few days... I’ve even been using a professional carpet cleaner machine to ensure the smell is fully out. I am at a loss of what to do and cannot do this with a newborn. I’ve tried Feli way plug ins, new litter, we have two litter boxes, they get so much love.. I am so tapped out and just want our home to stay clean!!😭😞

Also health issues have been ruled out already
