Overthinking during sex

My mind just completely wanders during sex and I find it so hard to relax and just be in the moment with my boyfriend.

Has anyone else experienced this? We’ve been together 2 years now and I’ve only really had sex with him. The other people I’ve slept with have been after being at the club or bar. So I haven’t had sex with them more than once or twice and I’ve always been drunk that I’ve not noticed my minds wandering.

I’m finding it really hard just to relax and just like not over think? What does everyone think about during sex ? How can I stop being like this?

I’ve also never had an orgasm through sex or oral. Only clitoral. I’m thinking over thinking and my mind wandering could be a reason why?
