You might be backed up. Go see a doctor and they can do an abdominal X-ray and let you know.. sometimes when you have hard stools, loose stool can seep around it and seem like your having diarrhea.. and the hard stool being there in the colon can make you feel like you have to poop constantly..

I have IBS, so this is an issue for me. I take pills when mine gets bad now. There's a lot of foods that make IBS worse. And many of them are foods I love (many fruits and green veggies).

i’m lucky if i poop at all that week.😔 but health wise it’s recommended that you poop after every meal, so if you’re doing that you’re good
