Who has had a successful <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>?

I took clomid. Then got HCG trigger shot. I apparently ovulated. Went in for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> but uterine lining wasn’t thick enough it was 5.5 supposed to be an 8. But they went with the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> and gave me estrogen orally and progesterone vaginally to take for 2 weeks before going back for blood test to see if pregnant. After a couple days of taking them I felt cramps. Now I am in the two week wait and feel nothing. Can I still be pregnant? I have 5 days left before going to get the blood test. Not sure when women start to feel they’re pregnant?
