How long are you keeping your newborn items after baby outgrows them?

Question

We're pretty sure we're done having kids, but you know, maybe not. Baby has outgrown the items like swings, bouncers, tub, walker, etc. I'm curious to what other people are doing. If you're already expecting your next baby, then how long do you intend to keep things when your last baby outgrows them?

I just delivered my daughter on the 11th and I kept all my son’s stuff. I figured she can wear some boy stuff. 😂😊 Saves us some money!

I kept only my favorite outfits and trying to get rid of everything else no 1 I know is having a baby anytime soon

I kind of feel like a hoarder now after reading these comments, lol, But I've never given away anything and my oldest son is seven. I mean I've donated some clothes to Goodwill and stuff but I've also had two boys after him so we've reused pretty much everything, It's been great. Saved lots of money!! Now that we're having our fourth baby and it's a girl, My husband just asked me today about what we want to do with all the baby clothes and some of the older baby boy stuff...😵🤔
I'm not sure yet honestly. I'm still chewing on this too. I guess when I'm emotionally ready, I'll get there. 🤷

I planned on a 2nd kid after my first.  Didn't get pregnant until she was 6. So i kept all her clothes,  in fact still pack all her clothes for my other daughter.  We are done so as my youngest outgrows them we donate immediately. My best friend is currently pregnant so she gets all my baby stuff.

We’ll most likely hold onto things for quite a while if they’re not damaged. We are current pregnant with our second and depending on how it goes with two we could be done or we could want more so I’d say I’ll personally give it two years after our youngest before I consider getting rid of things.

I hold on to things to give away to mothers in need if I know I’m no longer in need for them anymore. I just recently gave away a lot of stuff due to me having a boy last year and now pregnant with a girl coming in 7 weeks

I kept everything from my oldest & im glad I did, I knew I was having more kids though..but my second was born 3.5yrs later and was also a girl so I saved big money. She used the same walker, bouncer, and some of the same clothes.
Now after being totally done since having my son, I am going to hang on to everything until my younger cousins start having babies lol (they’re in their 20’s, 2 are getting married within the year & 2 want babies immediately so it won’t be long!) if that wasn’t the case though, I’d have sold or donated everything by now.

I've given all my stuff away as I know she will be m only baby. I have baby fever like everyone else and making sure all the baby stuff is gone makes me feel better.

We got rid of half the clothes as she sizes out of them. We live in a small home, no closets here! So we can only keep the nice outfits and such.
