Toddler jumped on stomach hard

I’m currently 8 weeks I believe and I have my first appointment on Monday . Earlier my two year old jumped really hard on my stomach . Will the baby still be okay? She also jumped hard on my pelvic area and now I’m worried . I don’t have the ability to go to the doctor atm as my fiancée is at work.

I’m also worried there won’t be a heartbeat at the appointment. I’ve had no bleeding or anything though. I’m just worried I had a missed miscarriage. Can someone clam my nerves please
