I tested positive for hsv2 during a random antibody test but then asked for a confirmatory test and tested negative using the PCR (blood) test. Both tests were blood tests. Has this happened to anyone? Am I positive or negative? My doctors are taking forever to give me answers so I just wanted to see if anyone can relate or knows something I don’t
