Confused

So this is a stupid question. But I have every single symptom of pregnancy. Just no positive yet. I will take one next week. But I've been throwing up constantly for a week. My boobs hurt. I can smell better. Things make me sick to my stomach when I eat my favorite things. I ovulated on the 13th. For the early tests shouldn't I get a slight line at least. Or should I at least wait another week?
