Legs stuck in magic merlin

My daughter will be 5 mos next week. We made the transition about a month ago to the merlin from swaddling and she loves it when it works. However, half the time she pulls her legs up and they get stuck in the crotch which I think is waking her up. She went from sleeping through the night to waking every night - sometimes several times. I tried using a sleep sack the other night and she woke up 6 times 😳. It could be the second half of the regression, but I’m wondering if anyone has experience with the merlin abs legs getting stuck and what you did ?! At this point, I kinda wish we just did the one arm swaddle considering she’ll have to transition out of this at some point too. 😭
