I have been bleeding for 1 week and 4 days

My period isn’t that heavy . But I get cramps in my lower stomach and it feels like these cramps are painful then the ones I had before and been feeling nauseous. I don’t know if I’m pregnant or not and it hurts . I went to the doctor the other day they told me everything was fine and that I need to go to a gynecologist so that they can know what is going on in my stomach because I don’t know why I was in pain down there .
