After ectopic.

So after 2 years since I had the ectopic pregnancy and been told that it’s most likely I won’t have another child due to the problems and lost my left tube, I’ve finally got pregnant!! I’m so excited but terrified at the same time, I have a little boy who is 3 years old and he’s completely confused as to why a baby is in mummy’s tummy 😂 anyone else had this problem of explaining to there 3 year olds? 😂
