Preeclampsia Induction & Csection

So currently, I am 36 weeks 5 days pregnant and will be getting an induction on Sunday 37 weeks due to preeclampsia. I’m wondering, at what point in labour, did they say a vaginal birth was too risky and you needed to go for a csection?

Currently, even on blood pressure medication, my blood pressure can still get to 145/90 (with laying in bed doing nothing for a few hours). Due to this, do you think they may skip induction all together and go to a csection?
