What stage am I in??

Can anyone predict or confirm if this is a sign of ovulation or what stage of my cycle is this???

Fertile mucus is normally clear and very stretchy between your fingers. That is why it is sometimes called egg-white cervical mucus  (EWCM).

Not much to tell by but like others have said it fits the pattern of infertile fluid. You should get with a FAM instructor or read Taking Charge of Your Fertility to get a better hold on how it all works. Checking your fluid and cervical position help you know when ovulation is likely to occur. Keep in mind it may take a few attempts for ovulation to actually happen. Charting your temperature daily (first thing upon waking, after 3 or more hours of sleep) can help confirm ovulation. Your temperature will be in a lower range before ovulation and then go up and stay elevated throughout your luteal phase. There is no set rule for what your exact temp should be during each phase of your cycle because every body is different and every cycle is different.

This isn’t a lot to go off but you may not be ovulating. Most of the times if we are ovulating our fluid would be in a circular shape. 
You should check to see what type of cervical fluid you’re producing right now then you’ll have a better clue. You should also start charting your temperatures the first thing you do when you awake.
