8month sleep regression?!

Is there an 8 month sleep regression? My little angel used to sleep through the night and went down for naps with no problem. Now that she can stand and crawl I swear she just cries and screams and refuses to want to sleep. She wakes at least 3-4x in the night now again too. Will this pass or do i need to redo the sleep training?!

Pretty sure there is a sleep regression since they are learning so much mentally and phsyically, plus separation anxiety. It has been the absolute worst couple of weeks for us but we finally got some sleep last night. I'm sure you could redo sleep training but it might not work with separation anxiety. We just have been powering through it because I refuse to do sleep training.

I think there is. On top of a 9mos growth spurt and that stupid ass mental leap we’re all going through. Plus we are teething AND have a cold. So she woke up at 11:30pm, first time. Usually my first wake up call is at LEAST midnight or 2am. 🤦🏽‍♀️ the PERFECT STORM

I’ve never had a problem with my baby going to sleep at night. This week she has been waking up as soon as she starts falling asleep and starts dancing, bouncing, and shaking her head to stay awake. 🤨 She only lasts like 15-30 minutes and she’s asleep but I thought it was weird. Hopefully it will pass soon. 😅
