I’ve heard that fenugreek can have a negative effect on milk supply ☹️

I drank it, but I don’t know if it did anything. What helped me the most with supply was making sure the demand was there. So power pumping was a good tool I used and helped me. Otherwise between babies feedings I would pump to boost my supply as well.

Yes tried it, no difference. Actually think my supply got even worse.

Tried it with no increase in supply but major increase in my sons gas which is a side effect of the fenugreek.

I drank 2-3 cups of it a day. I have no idea if it was the tea or me increasing my water intake but something worked 🤷🏻‍♀️
