All my photos /videos deleted

My fucking iPhone updated on its own even though I have it set not to. Well it updated and froze after two days of it being frozen it finally came back on. I had to reset my phone to factory setting and all my baby pictures, videos were deleted.

I’m so pissed because my SO recorded the whole birth on my phone. I also had made an iMovie for the baby of my pregnancy journey. I had maternity pictures that I took of myself all deleted.

My phone was backup but everything was still deleted 😪😪😪
