Provera and Cycle Regulation
For those who have taken Provera after discontinuing birth control to help regulate your cycle. Did you take it once and your period came back regular, or did you have to continually take it every month?
I just finished my 10 days of Provera and AF showed 4 days after. Before that I hadn’t had any signs of AF for 2.5 months.
I’m just not sure what to expect going forward.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
