Mine will turn 5 months on August 31st and we’re now transitioning from 4 to 3 naps now that his wake windows are getting longer but still struggling with short naps, 30 mins max but on weekends when my husband is home and can be with our 3 year old if I rock the baby he’ll fall back asleep in my arms for another 30 mins and then it’s easier to be on 3 naps a day. Any tips for short naps?! Following all of taking cara babies tips but no changes. Hoping in the next few weeks as he gets closer to 5 months the naps will lengthen a bit.
