Just curious! My baby girl is going to be 1 Friday and we definitely plan to continue nursing (probably until closer to 2). I figured during this pandemic it’d be best to continue to provide extra immunity while Im still able. Im just interested in seeing how other moms are feeling!

We will be! My goals was to make it until she was a year. But she is still very dependent on the boobie through the day and night. So I’m just going to follow her lead and let her decide when we are done. And I agree about it being great in helping protect from COVID!

2 of my kids I nursed past 1 year. One was 16 months and another I think 14 months. I weaned the midday and kept the morning and night going for awhile, then they naturally weaned

12 months on the 29th and he still nurses 10+ times a day/night so we’ll definitely continue lol.  If we were to get sick, the antibodies I could pass him might help a ton so I am going to take advantage of that through this pandemic

We made it to one year August 14th and still going. Granted most of the times she’s breastfeeding she’s quite distracted but we are doing it! I’m still pumping 4x a day and 2x breastfeeding a day. I dunno if/how to even begin weaning. So until then, breastfeeding it is!

Definitely still nursing! It’s a huge part of our routine, bonding, and oftentimes comfort. Plus it’s definitely still the bulk of my son’s calories. I’ll be ttc again in December or January so that’s probably the earliest we’d stop, if it’s too difficult to continue.

We are working on weaning now. For medical reasons, we can't start TTC #2 until she's fully weaned, and getting those issues resolved could take months. 
She seems to not mind dropping a feeding and she loves food, so I think it's harder for me than her.  😅😭

While I physically would like to be done (breastfed 1st till 21 months then immediately got pregnant) because I am sick of pumping at work and getting easily touched out, I feel like for immunity I want him to continue through the winter so we're looking at around 18 months

Congrats!
My little one just turned one on the 6th. About a week beforehand she dropped herself to two feedings a day. Now we are at 1 feed a day. Figured she’s weaned herself this far I’ll just let her finish when she’s ready.

I was planning to just go till one year but I’m a hairstylist in California so I’ve been off since March (except two weeks in June) and I’m still of so to me I feel like might as well just keep going if I’m home.

She'll be a year on the 29th and shows no signs of slowing down on nursing. I want to try to drop daytime feedings by the end of September and hopefully nighttime feedings by the end of October. We will see how that goes, though lol.
