Would the OB office get me in a week early for my first US?

So I am 8 weeks pregnant with baby #2 today. I had a MC in June so I’ve been on edge. I had quite a bit of some brown discharge last night and it’s definitely lightened today but with a little pink. My MC started out with spotting as well but not brown. Ive been trying not to stress but wondering if they’d let me in a week early for my first US to set my mind at ease. My first is scheduled for 8/31 at 9 w 1 d.

Same thing happened to me. I was supposed to go in on a Monday for my first ultrasound at 9 weeks with this pregnancy. I started spotting the Tuesday before and they were able to get me in on that Friday so I didn’t have to wait through the weekend. We had two miscarriages prior to this pregnancy so I was super nervous but everything turned out fine. We’re 13 weeks now. Good luck and hope everything is ok with your baby as well.

An ultrasound might not be the best way to see what’s going on. You should call your drs office and see if they can start tracking your levels. Due to my history, my doctor automatically starts tracking my labs once I get a positive test.

i had a missed miscarriage in june and i’m really hoping my doctors office schedules my appointment soon. i only contacted them yesterday so i’m hoping to hear from them tomorrow, i’ll be 6 weeks on tuesday but i was trying to switch doctors because when i went in for the appointment in which i found out i was going to have a miscarriage, the ultrasound tech told me in under 5 mins that my baby had no heartbeat and i got up and cried and left like right after that. i’ve been dealing with them and their insensitivities a lot through my first two pregnancies and hope to god if i have to stick with them this time that they’ll just listen to me
