Trying to wean

I am trying to wean my 13 month old as she uses me for comfort however because she is super picky with food lately and refuses all milk except straight from the source (AKA the boob) i dont know what to do!!

How did you wean and how did you get your LOs to take milk? Did you use a bottle or sippy cup. I tried it in both and she will take a little and then drop it in disgust lol
