IUI/Estrogen levels

So we are doing IUI procedure....last Friday I went in for bloodwork and ultrasound sound and they told me my estrogen was 36 and want me to come in 2 days to take another ultrasound and bloodwork....Sunday I came in and my estrogen is 47....what do this mean
