Dizziness , Headache, Nausea

Hello Ladies,

I am 29 weeks pregnant & I have a headache with dizziness. My head feels lightheaded & the pain is in the front of my forehead/temples. I have nausea as well .. I took Tylenol at 9:54AM but symptoms started at 9:50AM. I feel hungry but I literally ate .. I don’t know what to do whatsoever . I am drinking lots of water & I am laying down. What’s bothering me the most is the lightheaded feeling & the headache.. what else can I do.? If I am drinking lots of water, drank Tylenol & am resting .. I’m about to eat something again
