Bad news today CPP

I am 17+4 and today at my appointment the tech told me I have complete placenta previa. I haven’t had any spotting this pregnancy so far so this was a surprise because usually that’s the first symptom. I’m so scared now. I’ve read that sometimes the placenta will move up. I do know that my baby is still low because I only feel kicks in my pelvic area. Do you think my placenta may be low because my baby is still low and there is a chance it will move up? Anyone been in this situation and it moved?
